Conversational Hypnosis Training

Wondering if conversational hypnosis is real? Allow me to present some definitions before going right into the big ball game of hypnosis. Okay so what really is "hypnosis"? "To bypass the critial factor and establishment of acceptable selective thinking" is the technie definition of the word. We shall elaborate on that some more... The "critical factor" is an area of the mind that keeps the subconcious mind safe. It prevents it from allowing a far-fetched suggestion to be considered as reality. If you were told dollar bills grow from the ground in Mikonos, you would reject the statement because the "critical factor" area of the mind compares it to the things you already know and rejects the statement...thus 'protecting' your subconcious mind from taking the info as true. Conversational hypnosis is an excellent tool in order to dissolve this barrier the subconcious has set up in order to protect itself. When induced into hypnosis, the "critical factor" is shut down. The suggestions the hypnotist gives you will go, uninterrupted, into your open & unprotected subconcious mind. At this point, the suggestion is not examined or criticized by the "critical factor" - so it is taken literally. The commands you were told while under hypnosis will now become a reality. You will beleive the tellings are true. However, breaking down the walls of the 'critical factor' is not every step that has to be taken. In order to effectively apply conversational hypnosis, the subject must also be led into a focused state of attention. The "...establishment of acceptable selective thinking" is what we stated earlier about the technical definition of the word "hypnosis", remember? This is where that part of the definition becomes important and shown. Why 'acceptable'? It's easy: you can not violate the core values/beliefs of an individual with conversational hypnosis. So if someone tells you to murder someone, you will not do it if it violates your values. At that point you will 'snap out of it' or just naturally ignore the suggestion. So conversational hypnosis can be very helpful and effective, but when treated poorly, expect poor results. If you're pondering the "conversational" part of conversational hypnosis, let's dig into it a bit here... With conversational hypnosis, the subject's attention and focus is still narrowed & you still have to bypass the 'critical factor'...BUT the way it's done is with the subject completely concious and eyes open. The suggestions are enforced into the subject without him/her actually realizing what's taking place! So applying conversational hypnosis is making change in somebody just as in normal hypnosis - the difference is it's being done in a covert sort of way - an unconcious way! This is done by using several different linguistic and nonverbal methods of implementation. Conversational hypnosis also requires a few rules to be followed that are outlined below. Note that each step outlined below doesn't necessarily have to be followed to-the-letter. Some steps can be accomplished quite easily...allowing you to smoothly move along to the next one. Here's the list of things "to do" when using conversational hypnosis: 1.) Grab his/her attention and hold it. It's quite apparent you'll need to do this in order to make sure your subject is in an open frame of mind and is acceptable to what you're saying (so you can perform conversational hypnosis on them soon). 2.) Having rapport with him/her first is very important! Rapport can be defined as a relationship, especially one of mutual trust or emotional affinity. Simply, it's a positive feeling you have for someone because you feel like you understand each other clearly. Establishing quality rapport with your subject BEFORE taking hypnosis into action is one of the most important parts of the hypnotic induction process. 3.) The induction of the trance. This is the part where SPECIAL LANGUAGE patterns are brought out into your subject's ears that will put him/her into a hypnotic trance-like state of mind without them realizing it with their eyes open. Now, these hypnotic trance-like stages of mind are very commonly entered. As a matter of fact, human beings go into these states of mind all the time, every day, on their own! For instance, if an expert on a subject you do not know about is telling you all about it, you would be subject to a level of conversational hypnosis in that you are not critically questioning the information he/she (the expert) is giving you. Humans do not critically question things...naturally! What happens most of the time is they take the new information and store it as the truth! Here's a great example: the news! Ever watched it? Hah! They, in general, take and support what is being told to them as being true and not question it very much. So is the concept of conversational hypnosis starting to make a little sense to you now? 4.) Send suggestions out. This is the part where you take the "code" and install it into their computer chip you want programmed in their brain to stay. There are SEVERAL ways of using conversational hypnosis in such ways that your subject does not realize these suggestions/commands are happening. This is where the true power of conversational hypnosis comes into play. Visit the website towards the bottom of this article for more information into this. Well, there you are! You now have a headstart in applying conversational hypnosis! P.S. Are you thinking about how long the process takes? Well, that can greatly vary from person to person - client to client - hypnotist to hypnotist. There are many circumstances and factors to take into consideration. There are cases where, with just the right blend of tonality and body lanuage, a hypnotic trance can be stirred up into someone within a matter of SECONDS! The world of hypnosis is that of an exciting and deep one - but as soon as you realize how simple, powerful, and effective it can be, you'll then have one of the most powerful tools anyone on the planet can have in their toolbox of life!
