Hey Gang, the “Fired Up Nutritionist here...
Show me how to burn fat gain muscle!! So you basically are telling me you want to get sexy!! Well right on, lets do it! In this article I will give you some great tips to help you burn fat and gain muscle!
The really cool thing about gaining muscle is the more you gain the more fat you burn! NICE!!
That is why some of those big muscle heads can also be so lean and still eat so much, they have so much muscle that needs constant fuel to function that they end up becoming a walking burn fat gain muscle machine!
There really are only two components required to burn fat gain muscle.
1) Some type of muscle training is required:
However the good news is that in order to burn fat gain muscle you do not need to become a muscle freak! Depending on how much muscle you want to gain, a simple daily routine of 3 sets of push ups to exhaustion will have you burning fat and gaining muscle if your diet is correct! You can create a great physique this way, again if your diet is correct!
Now if you are telling me you want to burn fat and gain muscle to be big & strong like Arny that is different! You need to plan to train at least 3-4 days a week and as for your gain muscle routine, my advice is to head to your local gym, join and then ask them for a muscle gaining routine. Any good gym should hook you up with that!
2) Now Your diet or what you eat is “By Far” the most important component to your burn fat gain muscle strategy.
You can train all day in the gym and if you are not eating correctly you can forget about wanting to burn fat gain muscle, as it is not going to happen!
Makes no difference if you just want to ton up or get huge, your diet is key! Diet is at least 80% of the burn fat gain muscle equation!
The correct method of eating when looking to burn fat gain muscle is to strive for a balanced diet consisting of protein, carbohydrates and healthy fats.
In the right portions the foods you eat can actually stimulate your body to burn fat.
Also a quick tip to keep in mind when trying to gain muscle is to make sure you eat at least 1.5 grams of protein per pound of your lean body weight!
Ok first what is lean body weight?
Don’t worry about it, unless you want to go see a doctor or dietician and have him tell you what your lean muscle mass is, simply use the healthy weight you think you should be. So if you are 200 pounds and know you should be 175, use 175 as your lean body weight number.
As for the protein you should eat when looking to burn fat and gain muscle, I recommend chicken, fish (tuna is great), egg whites, and extra lean ground beef.
